In case any product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in any pricing information received from our vendors, AVCOMM International, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. AVCOMM International, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders in full whether or not the order has been confirmed and the credit card charged. In case your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AVCOMM International, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

CREDIT CARDS
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, And Discover. There is no extra charge for using your credit card to make purchases with AVCOMM International, Inc., unless otherwise specified. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address (at which you receive all credit card statements) and telephone number with your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing your order.

CODs
AVCOMM International, Inc. does CODs, only for accounts having prior approval from our credit department. All checks must be in U.S. Dollars only. AVCOMM International, Inc. will charge a $50 fee on all returned checks.

CASHIER'S & COMPANY CHECKS
AVCOMM International, Inc. accepts cashier's checks and company checks payable in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a cashier's check. Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt of all checks for clearance of funds before the order is processed. AVCOMM International, Inc. cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time the funds are clear or payment is received. We will charge $50 fee on all returned checks. Include a printout of your AVCOMM International, Inc. order form from website and payment to:

BACKORDERS
At AVCOMM International, Inc., we frequently update our on-line store to offer you the most up-to-date product price and availability information. The web pages indicated the availability of any item. AVCOMM International, Inc. accepts orders for items, not in stock, to ensure that you will receive the item in priority once it becomes available. If your order is not in stock it will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item is available via UPS ground. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by contacting customer service at 800-845-7541.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping Deadlines (excluding Holiday schedules):

• Monday through Thursday - 2:30 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time)
• Friday - 1 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time)

Orders received after the deadlines listed above may not ship until the next business day. For orders requiring immediate shipment (after the deadlines listed above), an additional “rush order” fee of $50 will apply. Although every attempt will be made to insure a “rush order” is delivered to the designated carrier before their last scheduled pickup, we can NOT guarantee or be held responsible for that carrier not shipping your order that day.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Anytime after the first 30 days of invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties may be available. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.

SERVICE & SUPPORT
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to AVCOMM International, Inc. in accordance with their terms and conditions. AVCOMM International, Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

TAX
AVCOMM International, Inc. shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Nevada . Each and every customer other than in Nevada shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other states.

DISCLAIMER
AVCOMM International, Inc. hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed on implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser, and at that time title passes to purchaser, upon receipt of goods. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to another country.
